1. About these terms
This website, pioneerunionmaldives.com (the "Site"), is operated by PioneerUnion Maldives Real Estate Development Investment and Development Private Limited ("PNU Maldives", "we", "us"), a company registered in the Republic of Maldives on 19 November 2025 under registration no. C34362025, and part of the PioneerUnion Group.
By using the Site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Site.
2. What the Site is for
The Site describes what PNU Maldives does across our operating pillars — clean energy, real estate development, food security, healthcare access, essential merchandise, and traditional finance — and lets you contact us or make an enquiry.
3. Site content is not a contract
Descriptions of services, indicative specifications, indicative pricing, timelines, capabilities and availability shown on the Site are for information only.
They are not an offer capable of acceptance, and they do not form part of any agreement between us. Every engagement is governed solely by the signed written agreement for that engagement, together with the documents that agreement incorporates. If the Site and a signed agreement say different things, the signed agreement governs, without exception.
Prices and specifications are subject to survey, availability, shipping conditions, customs treatment, and exchange-rate movement, and may change without notice.
4. Quotations and enquiries
An enquiry made through the Site is a request for information. It does not reserve capacity, create a booking, or oblige us to quote or to accept work.
A quotation we issue is valid for the period stated on it and is subject to the assumptions and exclusions stated on it — commonly including site survey findings, ground and structural conditions, permit outcomes, and material lead times.
Where a service requires a licence, permit or regulatory approval, we provide it only within the scope of the licences we actually hold and the approvals actually obtained.
5. Currency and foreign exchange
Where a price is shown in a currency other than Maldivian rufiyaa, or where a conversion is shown, it is indicative. The rate actually applied to an invoice is the rate stated in the signed agreement or the invoice. Currency of payment and any conversion follow the applicable Maldivian requirements.
6. Third parties and links
The Site may link to group sites, partner sites, suppliers, and public information sources. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices. A link is not an endorsement.
7. Intellectual property
The Site and its contents, including text, layout, images, diagrams and code, belong to PNU Maldives or the PioneerUnion Group or their licensors. The PioneerUnion and PNU names, the motto Lux Sit / 愿有光, the horse emblem, and our pillar and product brand names are our trade marks.
You may view the Site and print or download extracts for your own reference or to evaluate our services. You may not otherwise reproduce, republish, adapt, systematically extract, or commercially exploit the Site's content, or use our marks, without our written consent.
8. Acceptable use
Do not use the Site unlawfully, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, scrape it at a burdensome rate, misrepresent your identity, or use its forms to send unsolicited commercial messages. We may restrict access where we reasonably believe this clause has been breached.
9. Availability and accuracy
We aim to keep the Site accurate and available, but we do not guarantee either. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time. Content may be out of date; if a detail matters to a decision you are making, ask us to confirm it in writing.
10. Liability
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Otherwise, the Site is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, opportunity, business or data, arising from use of the Site or reliance on its content. Our liability in respect of services we actually supply is governed by the signed agreement for those services, not by this clause.
11. Privacy
Personal information you send through the Site is handled under our Privacy Policy. Cookies are covered by our Cookie Policy.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms and any dispute connected with them or with the Site are governed by the laws of the Republic of Maldives, and the courts of the Republic of Maldives have jurisdiction.
This clause governs use of the website only. Dispute resolution for commercial engagements is whatever the signed agreement for that engagement provides.
13. Language
The Site is published in English and 中文, with Dhivehi to follow. Translations are provided for convenience. If a discrepancy arises between language versions of these terms, the English version governs.
14. Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top shows the current version. Continuing to use the Site after that date means you accept the update.
